I just can't disagree with the fact of the shady going business going on in meat packing companies. But I can disagree with the glaring fact of fat makes you fat. because it doesn't. There was a 25 year long study done In Canada that was hoping to prove Low fat diet for women was best, but the end result was low fat diets were actually causing some bodily harm. This study however was public information, now it nearly impossible to find online.
A lot of these meat preparation farms have been outlawed in Canada.
All in all I think the message here should be, if you buy meat, buy it from a local farmer that is up to code on meat preparation (humane. Or Be like Frank Medrano and be a vegan.

This conventional burger eating, soda drinking, smoking, alcohol drinking lifestyle is being shown to us and our children every minute in every movie, every series, every commercial, it is considered so normal, and so usual, it is pumped into our brain constantly. They give the characters of all main stream movies a burger, a cigarette, a glass of whiskey. Once you realise it, you'll see this propaganda everywhere. While following the often intriguing and clever plot, scenario, these small details, like a milkshake there, a cigarette here, a burger, a glass of red wine, etc. are smoothly transferred directly to our subconscious, it is especially true for our kids, who just consume all surrounding visual information WITHOUT ANY CRITIQUE, because that's how a child's brain functions: they learn from whatever role model they see in their surroundings. We need to explain to them all these lies.

We complain and seek justice when someone gets murdered. How is this any different? These people who disgustingly torture this poor animal are let out into society after their massacre. You have to have a sick mind to be able to do this to a living soul. How is this different from killing a human being?

Going out to eat tonight and was planning on a burger. Not anymore. Don't think I'll be able to stomache one. I eat a mostly plant based when cooking at home, but when going out I don't. Think that will have to change
