I've been a vegetarian for 3 years and started veganism a week ago.
I came to the conclusion that EVERY SINGLE TEEN should try veganism. We all get very insecure bout our weight, skin and body odour because this is just something every teenager goes through.
I've only been vegan for a week and my skin is baby smooth in the places where I have no scabs or anything of that nature. I have a type of OCD that makes me pick at my skin a lot and I also had pretty bad acne. I have been going through a very hard time with my skin this month and it literally disappeared once I went vegan. All the bumps I had on my skin and struggled not to pick at literally VANISHED and the scabs I had from picking are healing like two times faster than ever before.
I think this would be an amazing idea for anyone who is going through skin problems or is struggling with their weight.
It also feels amazing and I don't know why or how it works but I feel the need and have the will to exercise (I'm a very Very VERY lazy person) since I started veganism. I actually woke up at 4am today and went for an intense 2 hour bike ride then still had energy for more. (But no time because school. gotta do it again tomorrow though)

freelee, how does one go vegan xhen they have crohns and cannot eat most veggies? there are about six fruits i can eat, i dont do dairy and can only really eat three different veggies. i already avoid as much meat as possible because i cant digest it. but i m hungry damnit and feel screwed.
