I didn't watch the video. I saw the title has to do with liposuction. I know many people who have lost their quality-of-life due to liposuction done by board certified plastic surgeons.

You lose fat in a caloric deficit. Doesn't matter if you eat fat or not (you actually need fat in order to regulate hormone levels. Please educate yourself little lady.
