I know a couple of vegan and vegetarian body builders and they eat lots of soy or pea protein shakes and lots of green leafy vegies and a moderate amount of carbs and sugars. I think they look much more healthier and do a days work and workout. There seems to be a trendy bunch doing the fruity sugary carby thing yet i'm not convinced it's a good idea long term.

Cute little dog. DAMN FREELEE - you scrub up FINE for New Years (very nice gluteus maximus. With all due respect - you look very pretty here. Beautiful scenery for a bike ride. On New Year's Eve we went up to Lake Simcoe (here in Ontario) where a friend of mine has a cottage - had a blast.

at the end of 2014 we watched movies and drank some sparkling apple cider juice (me hubby and kids) then went to bed. we will do the same this year to celebrate end of 2015. super fun: )
