Blogilates flat belly tips debunked! ChaoticBun: Can anyone give me a bit of advise on how to handle my food I work out 5 times a week so I believe my exercise is fine but i still don't seem to have the body type I hope to have. I herd the main tip is to have small portioned meals 4 times a day. Is there specific foods I should stay away from to reach my goal? I don't feel very safe eating a large amount of calories. I am only 5'1. I am not a Vegan but I am interested on how she is very thin and healthy while eating as much as she wants. I herd many people gain weight through this life style I guess its because their body type can't handle it? I am very nervous to gain weight if I were to become vegan and eat a large amount of calories. If I were to be Vegan I would feel safe doing it while calorie restricting due to my fear of weight gaining. I am 16 and I know it may seem a bit young to be thinking about my weight but I want to have a steady flat belly weight throughout the long run so I want to begin eating healthy soon. Id really love some advice! As a child I would always eat fruits and whatever I want but I would eat very slowly and I was super skinny and fit! Now not so much. Its awkward where I am right now and its uncomfortable I have a body type where people would assume I'm skinny yet certain outfits would make me look chubby and i have a lower belly. I am not over weight but I do not want to have to keep feeling uncomfortable with certain outfits I wish to wear because my core is not fit and has a small belly. I think I may be over eating but at the same time i don't want to starve myself because I know thats bad for the body. I am in a really awkward dilemma with what I can do to have a fit core hope someone can help ):

So hi freelee and hey fruitbats! First I want to excuse myself for my bad english (german girl) Im 14 years old an Im on a vegan high carb diet for a half year now. I dont know what Im doing wrong. My period is still very very heavy and my blood test results are really not how I expected them to be. Maybe its because I dont do much sports. We have PE lessons in school once a week but out of that im honestly too lazy to do something. Im not raw till 4 because for me its nearly impossible to handle it because of my dad. But thats another story. I dont eat olive oil I dont eat sugar. Sometimes I eat soy (for example if were at my grandmothers. I take B12 and vitamine D3 supplements and I drink at least 2 liters a day. I could never imagine eating meat or any of this dairy shit again. I know my diet is not perfect and I should do more sports but so many other people get amazing results on the diet I eat and I just see that my period lasts 4 instead 7 days (which makes me soo happy: ) Maybe someone of you could help me. Greetings!

In one video Cassie mentioned that while preparing for a bikini competition most people restrict their fruit entirely because of the sugar it contains. She said if you want to do something like that then don't eat it after 4: 00 (maybe it was 2. Meaning that you can eat fruit up until then. How is that starving yourself! Anyways I am totally all for the vegan lifestyle, but I think it's jut rude to call someone out like that. Who gave you the right. She's telling people what worked for her and your telling people what works for you. Your all on the same boat here so theres is no need to bash someone because of your different views. Even how you motivate people is different. You set yourself up as something you think people should strive for and that's why you show off yourself so much the time. She build up others in away where she doesn't have to show off to make others want to get slim. Nether way is wrong because different people respond to different things. Wow that was a long paragraph. Glad that's over

I am sure my opinion wont matter, so why not state it. It's great that you have a specific diet that you are able to maintain. Cool, you don't like animal products, I can respect that. Oh, you're very thin and never calorie restrict, good for you. That's awesome that you're vegan, I am not. If I can respect what you choose to do to your body, why can't you respect what non-vegans choose to do to their bodies? Quite honestly, it's ridiculous and ignorant to preach that only one lifestyle is acceptable and healthy. Our bodies are different. You definitely don't have to agree with a different lifestyle, but there is no reason to belittle and talk down to others. What works for you may not work for me. Just because you love living the vegan lifestyle doesn't mean everybody should. Get off your high horse.

as much as Freelee denies that she doesnt have an eating disorder anymore. its obvious that she does. Or she has a distorted view of body image. Casey is an extremely fit and healthy young women and i would bet she is 10x fitter than freelee. yet freelee thinks shes chubby. Im gonna play Freelees game and mindlessly judge and critisize these women based on thier bodies.
Freelee: i think freele looks 20 years older than she acctually is, with her veins and arteries showing through her thin skin
Casey: i think Casey looks extrmely healthy and fit. her skin is radiant and to me she looks about 5 years younger than she acctually is. stop body shaming freelee!

The hypocrisy here is absolutely ridiculous, you say Cassey promotes anorexia in young girls, but don't acknowledge your complete fixation on having a lean body which you promote to your viewers. Countless videos picking apart a person's body type, their diet, completely bullying others to increase the views you get is just despicable. This is not a healthy mindset, this is plain bullying. It's people who say the things you say that breed insecurity and hatefulness whilst covering it under a false pretence of spreading a message. If your message is strong enough to stand on its own, you shouldn't need to drag other youtubers into it.

that this works for you and many others is great, but it's not the only thing that works. Some people just function better on more protein or fat, some can't even function at all on just raw fruit and veg (e. g I have a friend who's allergic to nearly all raw fruits and veggies and nuts. That kinda makes this lifestyle impossible) and some, like you, thrive on the fruits. That's perfectly fine, just don't put orher people down for living differently, which is exactly what you're doing now.

not everyone is going to have a flat belly, because everyone's body is different. saying that Cassey isn't qualified to give advice because she isn't skinny enough is horrible and so shitty. this video just makes me so upset because when you watch Cassey's videos, it's obvious that she truly cares about the happiness and well being of her viewers and would never ever shame someone else for having a different body type. all I see in this video is an attention hungry gremlin with a God complex.

Cassie? Chubby? What? Cassie is absolutely perfect, in no way is she chubby at all. (I personally don't think chubby is really a bad thing, but they obviously used it as an insult) What is up with you thinking everyone has to look like a tooth pick. I honestly think Cassie is completely ideal for a woman. Her body is flawless. (And it honestly was with less weight, and would be with more weight) She holds her weight so well, I don't see the chub.

Okay so I get that you want everyone to be vegan, but stop Pushing people! Like I don't want to be vegan, mostly because what you bought in this video was fuvking 275 dollars. Sorry I'm not rich and you should understand that, also don't say she is chubby bc she is not chubby at all. Sorry we can't all spend that much money to look as beautiful as you(: not being mean just stating the facts.
