There is an assertive that is based on pride and insecurity (tyrant. And there is a far more valuable assertive based on truth and knowledge (champion. If a person does not change and improve then the first assertive is the case. He will not allow others to change.
If a person gains knowledge of truth and him/her self change is inevitable. Growth is inevitable. And confidence to step up and help others improve is inevitable.
Regardless of what any tyrant might say. It is obvious you are more and more becoming a champion.

You inspired me to go vegetarian a couple years ago and while I didn't continue with it then because I didn't go about it the right way, I'm going to start again now because I have been reminded of how happy it made me to make that change. Also, now that I can drive myself and get my own groceries this lifestyle will be easier to maintain and hopefully help with some of the health problems (mental and physical) that I have had lately

Hi Freelee! nobody is perfect. We all have faults and so you shouldn't take the comments personally. The haters are generally insecure people that feel confident by bringing others down. If they really didn't like your content, they wouldn't be wasting their time watching your content and writing comments.
