The healthiest diet includes small portions of lean meat, no dairy, no eggs but definitely meat. Animals should be treated better but a vegan diet is just not for humans, all I have to do is ask you one question to prove I'm correct. Are you vitamin B12 deficient?

I can forgive you guys for sometimes being a bit arrogant and aggressive. What you are doing is amazing and helping lots of people make better choices for animals and the environment. Keep up the passionate videos, they are helping me transition into veganism.

So I have been vegan for 2. 5 years and have 2 children, I have a husband that will never in my wildest dreams become vegan or my friends or my Mother and Family. If I was to outcast everybody in my life that is not vegan I would have nobody.
