Love the scientist and experimenter nature of you and Jake! Great live! Just beautiful! Keep up the good projects! You can't have too many projects, you just have to be organized and enjoy the time you have with each one! Love the idea, the plan, the working on it, the result! Don't nag at yourself too much, but do what must be done with a docile heart, then work on your favorite things! Have a great time!

When making the Kombucha I leave very little room at the top of the bottle. This stops all the bubbles escaping the liquid into the empty space and then leaving the bottle when you open it. This will increase the carbonation by keeping more of it in the kombucha, less in the empty bottle. Also, maybe ferment in warmer area, and/or for longer and/or with more sugar in the initial ferment. I've got some mad carbonation before, so it does happen!

I’m sure I speak for all of us when I say we are happy to see you again, but those of us who have followed you for years understand that you are an extremely busy mother and don’t expect you to entertain us. Both you and Jake are amazing parents and an absolute joy to watch. I love your children too. All 3 are beautiful and fun to watch them grow and learn.

I am just about out of power in my ear buds and I was going blind hours ago and stopping then you running a still your smart it is safer.
We are always learning and never stop doing your best at everything if your standard are high then you are smarter than most that only think they are smart but really know FA about real life the second ear but just went out.

Just curious, isn't it not that good to drink from the bottle since your saliva gets in there and introduces different bacterias I know you guys are all family and I'm not talking about sharing a glass of something, but to drink out of a large container that will sit there I'd be concerned with contamination. Anyone know Maybe I'm a germaphobe: )

Patchouli oil is really good as a mosquito repellent! I wear it a lot anyway but when I’m going to be out where I know there’ll be a lot of mosquitoes, I put little dabs all over my exposed body parts and it works so well! Give it a try out there!

30 year hooch vet here. When kombucha is vinegar it means it has eaten all the sugar. its like a teeter tatter. balance.
Also there is kefir. which is much nicer and faster

Oh and you may already know this but Tea Tree oil will stop the mosquito bite itch and also keep them away. I dilute it in a carrier oil and put it on when I go work in my garden.
