People giving diet advice when they do not understand basic nutrition rolanda: Blogilates shouldn't be in this video. That clip was taken out of context, she's not saying eat only a apple for breakfast, she was saying that an apple along with something small like oatmeal is good. Cassie promotes healthy eating and not overeating. Whoever made this video should really do their research. Cassie is inspiration that having a healthy balanced meal a day along with proper exercise can really be beneficial to everyone. So leave Blogilates alone.

Oh I love the feeling of starting, and the damage that comes with it let me start telling you about what it's like my self-esteem is low I don't have any confidence whatsoever i'm just like a stack of bricks if someone says something bad about me I will fall down I am 10 years old and I'm about 5 foot 1 and I am about 132 pounds it is a good amount of wait for my height and when I was only 9 years old I kind of started an eating disorder, kind of I wasn't eating breakfast I was playing just dance a lot this was the fact of being so tall for my age and I thought I look fat but I really wasn't I was just because I was starting puberty early and my and when I was 10 years old learned how to love my body and theses despicable YouTubers who are advertising this behavior to 11-year-olds it is just sickening doesn't matter what's on the outside it just matters what time the inside

Though my comment doesn't really even matter right now, I want to write this. If you get a eating disorder, unless your diagnosed with it, it's in some way your fault for trying to lose excessive amounts of fat/calories. People like Cassie are trying to show you how you can safely lose weight. However, half of the time, people over do it, and then blames it on the instructor; who is telling you exactly what to do. But since the Insert person wasn't happy with their body image (Which everyone should be, because we are all beautiful in our own ways) they abused the method that the instructor told them, therefore it's not the instructors fault, but yours. So people, instead of doing all these other drinks, and pills, and shit, just work out and eat healthy. That damn simple

I was vegan for a year and it was the worst year of my life. I love the idea behind not harming animals and I love the message, but for my health and my unknown food allergies/sensitivities it just wasn't right for me. I followed many vegan youtubers' advice like freelees and so on, and I gained the most weight I've ever gained in my life, I had terrible gas, no energy, I was shaking all of the time due to the amount of sugar I was eating, and I fell into a deep hole of self hatred and depression. I believe that veganism is great and does work for many people, but a 'high carb raw til' life style does NOT work for everyone and is not the overall solution for life.

Happens all the time, like the other day, for example. If you can, Freelee, try finding the recent episode of Dr. Oz with guest Jessie James Decker. Her daily diet advice is awful and is a reflection of what can be found in her book 'Just Jessie'. She wakes up to two coffees, works out and then eats a piece of toast with spreadable, processed cheese, eats meat for lunch, etc. In addition to her poor choices, she has the absolute wrong idea when it comes to protein. She is a nice woman, but this wisdom she proclaims is so wrong (as per your teachings, which I consider to be the bar. Happy day: .

Every time I go on YouTube and see one of your videos, it just angers me. You are always trying to put down Cassey and it's pathetic. She has helped so many people, myself included. Just because everyone isn't like you doesn't make them any less human. I'm not perfect. You're not perfect. Not everyone has to be vegan just because you are. Moral of the story, stop putting down all of these other YouTuber's and learn how to love and appreciate what they have done. I can pinpoint your faults and mistakes, but I'm not going to because this world needs more positivity. less negativity.

I agree with a lot of what is said in this video about the harmful messages some of these youtubers promote. I agree with the vegan message. I side with your anger. Where I disagree, however, is that your high carb philosophy does not work for everyone when it comes to weight loss specifically. There are different metabolic types, and not everyone can eat that much sugar, even if it is from fruit. What you recommend is a HUGE step up of course from what most people eat. But there's no one size fits all diet. That would be my one criticism.

its scary watching this because i remember actually going to these youtubers and listening to their advice, thinking they were right and i had to starve myself or be ashamed of craving food. I'm eating a lot more now that im vegan and feel so much better about myself and never restrict. im still disturbed by the fact that i used to follow some of these girl's tips

So now telling people to eat healthy and get to a healthy weights is bad?
Also twisting people's words isn't right, especially when you made blogilates look like she was telling people to count every spoon of food while she was actually talking about her eating disorder! I was planing on becoming vegan but not anymore thanks to you freelee
