All carbs are not created equal. The way flour to make bread is produced in the United States is actually extremely hard for the body to break down (especially wheat) and causes tons of inflammation, which is why more and more people are noticing gluten-intolerance. She's not eating a healthy diet in this video. Tons of processed food and flour, being vegan is wonderful, but please be careful of declaring everything she's eating in this video is healthy, just because it doesn't have meat in it. Carbs are not the enemy at all, but you still have to be careful about what kinds of carbs you consume.

Ugh I sometimes think about becoming a vegetarian or vegan (I know they're different) but it seems so hard. I'm married and I come from a culture where we eat a lot of meat. My husband loves meat and chicken. I'm a mom and I just don't want to be making separate meals everyday. I've been thinking about it for 10 months now

hey freelee! you inspired me on veganism and i'm so happy to be transitioning. i am only 15 years old but i was determined. i went through anorexia and bulimia and i am sick and tired of treating my body like this. i tried vegan meals and realized that it made me feel good. i love it so far. thank you: )

You come off a little rude, and you annoy me a lot. But that doesn't change the fact your right. I'm not ready to become vegan yet. but I'm getting there. By educating myself. so thank you

the answer is NO, cause she got preggers at a very early age. sending the wrong message to the vegan community: no vasectomy and bringing in more kids to this already overpopulated planet

Sad to hear that she has gone back to eating meat. I have used her recipes a million times and theyre all great. I hope shell at least leave them up to give others inspiration.

some people and vegans make people feel bad and WRONG for eating meat. I hate to break it to you but from the dawn of time man has been eating meat. the point is moderation
