I believe in June or July, I went to a salon and there was dogs running around the place and everything was not professional at all. That place sucked and would rate it 1 out of 5. Even Reviews online were not good either but anyway that dog was cool. Also with my experience they person doing my nails didn't have a conversation with me nor did she say what her name was. Rude

When they take off your old nails, it shouldnt hurt, theyre supposed to let them soak in acetone and file them off slowly. The shape was super off and not snatched lol. The bumps. And they probably used a cheap acrylic which is the cause of the allergic reaction she got

the only reason why the customer service was good was because they saw him holding the camera and they want business so they can get more money. if he wasnt holding a camera they wouldnt have been very nice. you should do another worst-rated and hide your camera
