Guys, I love mushrooms, and eat a lot of them, but I've read everywhere that they should be always cooked, or at least steamed. They have some toxins and are hard to digest uncooked. Supposedly only button mushrooms are kind of safe but then again they don't have near as many nutrients as the other asian or healing mushrooms. What do you think?

These look awesome! I've never heard of King mushrooms before now (I live in the heart of America. They look amazing. I prefer orange bell peppers over yellow. Is there any particular reason why you prefer yellow?

Love the sauce. I make it a lot, but I sometimes substitute peanut with almond butter. Yummy as well. Trust me.
