In all my years in martial art I never come across a blatant conman like him - the most narcissistic fraudsters there is. He is actually clueless about real martial art and martial art applications. His techniques and principles behind all his demonstrations are totally wrong. He is targeting unsuspecting people to serve his caving ego.

Loved this tea time Tues! I totally agree with all of this. Grocery shopping sucks and seeing all the non vegan stuff is super depressing, especially when my toddler asks, -what's that? -, or having to explain why she can't have the soup with her fav Disney character on it. I'm buying a house later this year can't wait to have a garden! Secretly hoping you move to a coolish climate after your woofing trip so I can learn how to grow stuff in Seattle lol. Side note - I love Nicole's top where is it from?

for years you have lead by example inspiring people to live and eat healthy. graciously encouraging us all the time. please don't go on your amazing woofing adventure leaving a wake of impassioned complaint for so many to follow in echoing words. how about when you see a disservice to humanity, instead of complaining to the masses, you show what your doing to correct the injustice. your influence is powerful and God given. you are better than this video's depiction.

the problem with using native plants in phoenix is the amount of chemicals they spray here. i would never forage plants in this area because of it. when I was in ky, I used dandelions and lamb's quarters out of my yard all the time. I was shocked when I moved to the Phoenix area. I think every house is required to own stock in round up. lol

So why don't you two do that here? Instead of leaving the country, stay and organize a planned sustainability for the city you're living in. There is more than enough work here for the two of you.

Agree with Nicole about STRIVE to get vegan (reduce animal intake. When having winters as low as -40 C growing anything in the winters. .. are challenging. With all pesticides in most fruits sold in stores grown some 1000 miles away, I do not know any vegan not taking vitamin pills here (Northern Sweden.

I completely agree with u guys on planing more trees we can use as resources for food in areas where they will grow. I recently relocated to FL and was shocked to see this huge apartment complex with only 5 fruit trees. So much space we could plant tons of trees to eat from.

I have little garden, i only have some herbs and some chilli plants and some weed plants.
I am little in doubt i can get proteins enuff from a vegan diet, i eat not much meat atm tho, and its only freerange from animals who have had happy life.
