Wow! A very full travelling day but thanks for filming it all, very interesting for a brit based in the south east of uk! Jake I was amazed just how fit your new host / farmer is and his mates too. I am too old now to take up parcour (I have probably misspelled it) at 63 years but it would be cool if you could persuade your host to record some basic exercises suitable for fitness and longevity. I know that you are physically fit and looking at the montage it just shows how fit those guys are as well as the degree of difficulty of the jumps and vaults that they are doing. I wish you well and hope that you both have great fun, great food and enjoy your time in England. After discovering hatha yoga later in life I really find Nicole's yoga videos useful. Could Nicole do something on yogic philosophy and recommendations for a yogic diet? With best wishes to you both. Stay safe.

Hi there! I've recently found your videos and am really enjoying catching up with your adventures. I was born just outside London, then grew up on a small island near Portsmouth called Hayling Island. We often did day trips to France between Portsmouth and Cherbourg and back all in one day: -) My daughter (age 36) was born in Portsmouth and we lived there for several years. I now live in Cornwall where the G7 Summit was held in June this year. Am looking forward to watching more videos in the future: -) Katrina x
