Howdy from Arizona! All that rain! We sure could have used some this Summer. You two are soooo lucky to have so many wild edibles to forage on your land and your Garden looks amazing. All of the different Mushrooms and Berries, wow! Found a bunch of Canyon Grapes North of Sedona and also outside of Payson, made amazing Jelly. Just started learning about Mushrooms this Summer. Lots to know. It was a bad year for the Mushrooms with the lack of rain this Summer. However, the Slippery Jacks did well. Boy are they good. Taste like a real mild Pork fat thing when you saute them in a bit of butter. Melt in your mouth yum. Having Wild Mushroom soup for dinner tonight. Jake, you lived in Arizona. Did you ever forage for wild edibles here? kudos to both of you, your videos make me long for our every Saturday escape into Mother Nature.

I-ve watched a few of your videos from recent to less recent. I-ve only watched three videos. As a man there are two things I-ve noticed you do, one you don-t belittle your woman if you want her to be faithful, two if she is yours let her win, otherwise she never was. She can love someone who fights for her and is strong but if they bring her down in anyway then that trust is gone. I can tell you don-t hit her. I despise men who hit woman, well most, some need to have there face reformed. Nancy Pelosi top of the list.

Hi. Jake Living where you are you should have about six chains for your milling saw. Your chain is dull and that is very hard on the saw engine. You should be cutting logs 3 times faster than you are. Every time you go to town get your chains resharpened. With sharp chains it should almost pull itself threw. You should not have to force it threw the wood. Just saying. Also for about 400. 00 you can get your own chain sharpener, Propably a good idea as you will be milling for years to come.

Hi-
I also love living in nature, but not at the cost of destroying nature. Unfortunately, in most of your videos, the sound of a chainsaw is heard, and it is very sad to see the scenes of cutting and falling green trees. -
I live in Iran and there are very strict rules for cutting down trees in Iran. What about your country? -
Thank you very much for knowing the environmental protection laws in your country-
Please, please, please, do not cut down the green trees. Thank you

Thanksgiving (Canadian or American) is my FAVORITE holiday! A holiday where you don't have to buy gifts, don't even have to buy a Greeting Card, a holiday dedicated to stuffing your face with delicious food until you're ready to explode, then sit around on the couch watching football or movies till everyone falls asleep! WHAT could be better? :-D

I just found you guys and think this is so amazing what you're doing, it's really inspiring. As a modern woman in 2020 I'm a bit put off by all the thumbnails though, I'd love to see other ones too and I'm sure you'll attract the people that are genuinely interested in the content you put out. Much love!

During one of the seasons of a survivor type show filmed on Vancouver Island (not sure if I can say the name of the show on here) one of the participants used some of the hanging -moss- from the trees because it was supposed to have natural antibiotic properties. Do you gather it for it medicinal use?

A bit before my daughter moved out last year when she turned 18, we had started walking in the woods and I really miss it and her. Watching y'all comforts me, I'm too much of a sissy to go alone. You guys are awesome and fun to watch. Thanks.
