I have been binge watching all the episodes close to every night. Love seeing the progress you two have made. Also love seeing how well you both work together. Living off grid in the wilderness has been a dream of mine for so long. Watching the two of you shows the hard work and determination it can be done and well worth it. But I am also looking forward to the videos of being pregnant and having the baby. That is exciting news and I am so happy for the both of you. Wish you guys many many years of health, happiness, joy and lots and lots of memories. You guys are living it up. Living off grid, starting a family and having a baby is one of the biggest blessings along with hard work as well, I am sure the two of you will be amazing parents.

Nicole I have to ask at one point early in the video you showed chamomile and Daisy. The flowers looked identical to me how do you tell which is which.
I don't view your videos chronologically but only as they come up on my list of videos to watch so I see you in the tropics and I've seen your beautiful song Fox you guys are amazing thank you for the inspiration that comes in your videos

Off grid? I seriously doubt they live here. Maybe an occasional visit. Too many toys, and they are always buying new tools and toys. On many pictures they always have on newer clothes. And they have all this time to take pictures of themselves. What a joke. All the off gridders I have ever met have minimal new tools and toys. And are always getting things ready for the next season. They don't have time for pictures and videos. They live off grid, and I will be the next President. lmao.

The question is if you live offline, how can you afford all these things and still earn nothing, all that space costs something, all that work costs much more than just free time. don't get me wrong I long for such a life but it is simply impossible to start something like that without anything, you pray for an honest answer I am from a poor country how to do something like that. Sure hope termites don-t get into those boards. They ate the floors out of our home and we had them replaced in 2019. Jake, you do the best architectural work for Nicole that I could ever see. But, the walkway will help with getting outdoor chores, food gathering, etc, especially during bad weather. You and Nicole will be great parents! Easy does the backJake!

I've been watching your efforts at building a home in the rain forest of the BC coast, and have enjoyed your films immensely. Sorry to see you head South, but, that seems to be your home country. We all have strong feelings toward our homeland, and cannot blame you for leaving.

fun to watch this, but if anyone believes it does not cost any money to do this think again. Likely they have a bit of a fortune tucked away which allowed them to leave jobs and live off grid. the cost of the tools alone, gas for the saw, chainsaw mill etc. it adds up fast. much love to them

52: 44 living in such a remote area, I cannot stress enough how important it is that you should be wearing chainsaw pants and learning how to properly file your chain. One wrong move, and you're done, and cutting with a dull chain greatly increases the chances of something happening.
