Can you, yes. Harboring a fugitive is a felony. In other words, knowingly aiding a wanted person is a crime. It is not typical, though, to be prosecuted for that offense, at least in my experience. It can be a tough crime to prove. However, if this person is wanted for a serious crime, your certainly at a higher risk of getting arrested/charged.
If you want to help this person, he/she should be advised to deal with the warrant. Its not going to go away. Seek the advise of a criminal attorney who practices in the jurisdiction that issued the warrant.

So they provide legal assistance for people that have no residency in the US which is insane and ICE is an important part of the legal system if you liberals would look pass the whole theyre people too but theyre here breaking the law which most of us go to jail for but youre helping them out of trouble and suing our government. Kinda backwards man and my family were immigrants but they came legally NOT ILLEGALLY.

I have nothing against people who want to come to America.
So long as they do it legally.
Just look at the migration problems in Europe.
There are myriad ways to help.
Let's not use only feelings in making decisions - there must be balanced of heart and mind and see things at every angle.

These sunctuary cities are unfair to the true American immigrants the legal ones. They uphold the law and go through the legal and lenghty immigration process. These cities encourages everybody who wishes to enter the US to violate the law and make it okay by being illegal.

Dark time for America. Lady Liberty looks on sadly as the country of immigrants turns its back on those seeking to start a better life. I only hope we can one day look back at these times with genuine remorse and regret and look ahead at a better future.

Ya we should enforce our laws more, stop giving out free food, health care, dental insurance, housing, education etc. Put an end to all that, close the loop holes, fine businesses who hire illegals n they will start going home on their own.

Why are we trying to protect criminals? Just by being undocumented, theyve broken Federal law and it shows they obviously dont care about our legal system. If they dont care about our rules, then why should we tolerate them?
