Kavanaugh is a dam LIAR, and the way he tries to defect on the most detrimental questions that are being asked of him, is absolutely unacceptable. A true, or false or a yes, or no question are the ones that he struggles hugely with, and that to me is very concerning, and quite disturbing. There's something about this so called man that doesn't feel right, something is wrong with this nominee, whether he makes a practice of lying and deflecting is and will be hugely problematic to our democracy. Just because he has memorized these cases surely doesn't warrant him this most prestigious and honorable position. Lack of integrity, and strength to uphold all laws not just the ones that he agrees with or has promised to invoke if a situation arises concerning the executive branch or anyone else for that matter. He is lacking honesty and truthfulness. we have him under oath lying to Congress and the American people. DEFINITELY NOT A CANDIDATE FOR THIS UPSTANDING POSITION. VOTE MIDTERMS LADIES,
