i-m 16. 4 months ago today, i weighed 236lb. now, i-m 207lb. i-ve had a binge ed since i was 10 due to trauma, and i finally was able to pull myself out of it and actually acknowledged my ed. i started the gym last week and paid for the first year in full so there-s no going back. my goal is to lose 60lb and get to 175lb or so. it-s not easy, but i-m so proud of myself now.

So inspiring! I-ve had body image issues due to trauma all of my life and i don-t need to lose more than about 30-40lbs and i find it impossible. Good on her! She is naturally beautiful!
