WHEN she weighed 354lbs, Jessica felt twice her age. Despite being in her 30s, Jessica, of Houston, Texas, felt like she was in her 60s and struggled to move around. Years of comfort eating and consuming fast food led to Jessica feeling like she was headed towards her grave. Fed up with how she felt, Jessica decided she needed to make serious changes. I was 203lbs and now im 193lbs. I still have a long journey to go! I know as a obese person its gonna take a long months to reach our goals! I cant do weight lifting, i tried strength training like push ups, sit ups but then i gave up because of vertigo i have i get easily feel dizzy and nausea i always skip when they do exercise on the floor- So im doing aerobics exercise, walking, standing abs exercise for like 2-3x in 5-7 days. i do 30-45mins of exercises until I hurt my left knee but now its okay cos I do stretching. Ever since i started to workout i have my food under control, no sweets, rice must be 1/2 cup, i dont eat 2nd round anymore! i dont drink coffee, soda, tea not my type. I only drink water! When i dont feel eating, i eat protein bars. Hopefully we-re gonna reach our goal! We can do it

That's abs. wonderful, but she should do something if she can about the extra hanging skin and maybe some lipo will help with the weight in the legs. I think for any major weight loss, it should be taken in account of the excess skin and having to do that correction surgery (unless one doesn't mind it. Also some face filling, as the skin in the face goes also often sags after. She did a great job though. Not all overweight people need gallbladder surgery. I know a lot of normal weight people who have had gallbladder surgery. I've had problems with my gallbladder even when I was thin and had surgery. Gallbladder surgery can but doesn't always make a big difference unless you've had stones in your gallbladder duct.

Go you! I just told my oldest sister that I am the same height at 50 that I was in Jr High BUT I weighed 118 then and was told all the time that I was fat. I then told her, boy did I prove -the- wrong! The only person that ever said anything about HOW I ate was my #2 brother (I am the youngest of 10, my mom passed a long time ago) who asked if I was hungry or bored and I think I may have been too young to know the difference. I have weighed as high as 215 and am at 190 now and exercising almost daily. Love your story!

I was 174 pounds my last dr. Visit. I was really disappointed. I have been dieting for 2 wks now and down to 162. My goal is about 155 give or take. I am doing keto, but not as much fat eating as they suggest. 2 meals a day. I don-t fast! It gives me headaches. For exercise i am building a solid concrete building, because i live in hurricane alley (Caribbean) and need a -safe house-. It-s benefiting me physically and personally.

She looks great, she has worked hard, i am very glad for her BUT. someone should have the guts to tell her that the red dress that looked like underwear. did NOT look good at all! It showed ALL flaws, rolls n lose skin. i think its very mean to NOT tell her. lace suits her, red suits her BUT that dress was all wrong for her and its cruel to not b honest about it.

There's a dark side to being obese/ morbidly obese and only those who are living it now and have lived it once upon a time know about it. I used to be obese. I have shredded 90lbs of fat off my short 5. 5 frame, sculpted my body and completely chanced the way I eat for the better. I sure as hell have no regrets and do not miss anything about being obese.

yeah carbs. are the real reasons why people can't shake the weight off. When a single simple bowl of rice is 300 calories while that same amount of bowl with keto diet is 100 calories. Plus good reasons to cut carbs enough to be away from type 2 diabetes. Being fat. you can get diabetes even as young as in your 20s

My daughter is 300+ she works out 5-6 times a week (for a year now, she eats a high protein, low carb non processed food diet and cannot drop one pound. Dr. Is thinking she had PCOS. It is devastating for her to see others achieving their goals and to work so hard and not make any progress. Any suggestions?

Well done Ma'am -! You look great and radiate health and wellness. At 60 I had an epiphany of sorts and lost more than 100 lbs off a 5'4- frame. My take on things today is very similar to yours. I did it for me and I deserve to be healthy for the rest of my life. Keep up the great work.

I can't lose anything, despite cutting calories and working out every day. I'm really trying and I just cant lose anything. despite changing my diet, drinking alot of water and incorporating workouts daily. I worked out consistently for 2 months recently.

Every time I see these shows they always end up dressing like woman of the night. You can be classy and still show your shape off with clothes on. Sometimes the outfits don-t even look great but no one tells them this.

I don't mean to be rude, but I find it humorous when the heavier friend gets in shape and loses so much weight, that she is now lighter than the friend who was concerned. I mean, go figure, huh?

She should do Keto and Intermitted fasting. Add good fat and fasting would get rid of extra fat and sag skin. She would look even better
