I learned the hard way while I was dealing with depression I had a bunch small of unresolved issues I hadn't taken care of so when -life showed up- I was overwhelmed: -( you can avoid a bowling ball or two coming towards you in a narrow corridor but you can't escape one hundred marbles. the small things can take u down & have u out longer than the larger things. God speed and anyone dealing with depression I honestly care and I'm willing to help. U can leave ur email as a reply and I will glad send my info so we can zoom or chat via land line. Stay strong. and try to use whatever energy u have on any given day to push thru the hour, the day or whatever the occasion is that u are expected to rise to. I wish you the sincerest abundance of hope, faith, peace & perseverance.

I just wanna give her a hug. My depression caused me to let myself go as well. I just gave up on trying to look pretty and take care of myself. It felt like -what-s the point? -. It wasn-t even a break up but a personally heartbreaking experience I went through. After that I just wore whatever I found in my closet.
She looks great! And she seems like a sweetie. I hope her road ahead is better than that in the past.

Girl I really hope you are now in a better place, I relate to your story 100% I too went through a bad brake (I feel better now) I use to feel so good about myself I use to live getting my hair cut every week look clean and fresh and after my brake up I just stopped caring about myself. I shaved my head stopped caring about what i wore. It-s hard but we can get through it. Ur beautiful hope you know that.

Call me crazy but I like how she looked without the makeup better. She has pretty face features. Definitely let the hair grow longer and get a better wardrobe selection. What also helps confidence is losing some weight. It also helps to make you feel more energetic.

Tbh I'm not one to be one of those -before- people but really shes a pretty woman even before the makeover. She just needed a nice haircut and a little touchup makeup but if shes happy with the makeover and being able to go out glammed I say more to her: )
