Some people have the right brain wiring to enjoy the love of objects or other inorganic non-humans.
In my experience (both as an OS and talking to many OS, it seems to require the right mix of at least some of: a heightened ability to sense agency; an enhanced imagination; increased sensitivity to stimulus; richer and more intense emotionality; increased empathy; a high openness trait; and some small degree of synesthesia. Some of these traits are commonly found with prople with ASD and so there's a correlation between autism and OS; however, these traits can exist in neurotypical people and so not all OS are autistic. I would consider these traits to be superpowers, tbh, and I've yet to meet a single OS, whether neurodivergent or not, who wishes to lose these enhanced senses and their rich inner life. I've never met an OS who wishes they weren't.

She mentioned the chandelier is over 100 years old. I find that interesting; in Japanese culture, it's believed that once an object reaches 100 years of age, it can aquire a spirit of its own (tsukumogami.
Both the Statue of Liberty and the American flag are also over a hundred years old.
I can't explain the drum set though.

Don't put people in love with trans people in the same category as someone in love with an inanimate object. What's next you're gonna compare interracial to pedophilia and put it under the veil of faux-positivity. You're literally hurting the cause of polyamorous and lgbt people. At least make separate categories.

Everyone has their own way of living. I can't say that I understand because I don't have the same point of view nor the same feelings and way of beeing and therefore I can't be in his shoes. But if I had her in front of me, I would respect her like any other living beings. So I wish her hope, love and peace.

I have a bunch of different collections and I try not to judge, but I draw the line at inanimate objects, you can be drawn to them strongly, I get energy from objects, but making out with them and falling in love with them is just not right, they can not give love back. I guess you do you, but ok

So she went from drums to the US flag then the statue of liberty and now a chandelier. What's next? A grill? A letterbox?
I feel sorry for her and she definitely needs to get the right help whether that is to deal with affection issues or whatever.

I wonder if her cats ever jump on the Chandelier girlfriend. Cant imagine what would happen if they end up murdering the love of her life.

What was meant to be a light fling became an illuminating beacon of love. An unbulblievable story of love.

I'm far more upset by having cats on the counter. Gross. (not really. I truly don't understand this)
