I'm currently 227lbs and wishing I could find the motivation to work out again/go on a weight loss journey again. I had done it a few years ago, went from 235 down to 197, stalled out for 4 months at 197, had some personal tragedies happen to me and wound up just not caring enough anymore to work out. Went back to eating absolute crap. I don't have a support system to cheer me on and help me succeed -- I'm surrounded by toxicity that just encourages the bad habits. Wish I had the support so I could try to make a change again and see if I could ever get down to my original goal of 130.

No matter who tries to knock you down and steal your joy don-t listen to those sorts of people. Your kiddos will help keep you motivated and moving. Sending love, prayers, kindness and most of all huge hugs. Be proud of yourself as this is a serious journey that isn-t always easy especially when it-s against the e mind and body. Keep glowing and smiling you-ve got this

I-ll give these folks props to have the common sense and dedication to realize being overweight isn-t healthy. Putting in the the consistent work to achieve a healthy weight deserves an applause.
However, I-m generally curious why this show promotes obesity and unhealthy lifestyles through some of the previous folks interviewed.

Anybody having a problem and they're gaining weight and having trouble because they're hungry all the time should see my response to the guy calling himself Daily Dose of Medicine.
. there is a good reason why some people are hungry all the time. especially if they live in America: high fructose corn syrup

Amazing stories. At my heaviest I was 226, and now I weight 164. I-m literally up before light to exercise before heading to my full-time job. If you have a will, you will make a way. And if not, you will find 10000 excuses. That-s how I was. And now, I am so much happier, healthier, and confident.

The videos are wonderful. The sound track gets VERY difficult to tolerate when drama is emphasized with a noise track. The noise track is NOT supportive of the points being made. The experience of the people going through this is very dramatic as it is. Stop with the needless noise. Thank you.

I had a brachioplasty 3 years ago and I've never been happier with it. But I gained most of my weight back when my mom passed a few months before my surgery. But I'm back to being healthier to try to get back on track & lose weight so I can get my 360lift. I'm so proud of you!

I was 196 at my heaviest and I'm 5'8-. Considering I was a size 4, roughly 135lbs my entire life, this was a huge shift that occurred due to stress eating. I've been on a weight loss journey for a bit now and it feels so good. I cannot wait to have my body back!

The major role of leptin in body-weight regulation is to signal satiety to the hypothalamus and thus reduce dietary intake and fat storage while modulating energy expenditure and carbohydrate metabolism, preventing further weight gain.

I am so proud and happy for her, although her husband obviously has his weight issues. But, I also realize that there's no way anyone can help others until they help themselves first. I would like to think that's where they are as a couple.

Amazing! Also so sad to see that many overweight people actually have some kind of emotional trauma causing the weight to pile up - there should be more mental health support made available to prevent the extreme weight gain.

The saddest thing is that even after all that hard work, the simple fact that they were extremely gluttonous for years on end makes it so that even with skin removal surgery, they're never going to look quite normal.

I think it's easier to understand each other when you were dealing with the same issues. They have their weight and health struggles but they fight them together. Having a comrade in arms is really great.

After seeing many weight loss videos, I realize just how lucky I am. I weighed 320lbs at my heaviest. At 40yrs old I I knew I needed to change. I lost 160lbs in 6 months and have no extra skin.

The first lady needs to get her husband on that fitness train. The best way is to start slow with something you like doing. Dance aerobics is fun -
