LOUISE Rodhouse, 27, from Slough, UK changed her lifestyle in 2020 after finding that she was unable to do the most basic of tasks. Louise weighed 269lbs at her heaviest and lived off a diet of fast food. From a young age, she struggled with her weight, reflecting on her past she told Truly: As I got older I became more self-conscious of my weight, I always felt like the odd one out in a group of friends. Louise became pregnant with her first son at 19, and she gained weight very quickly. This impacted her mental health too, every time I felt bad about myself I would eat, and then I would feel worse, she said. I was just really down about myself. I had really low self-esteem and low confidence. I felt myself going into this darker and darker place. The catalyst in her journey was her best friend's birthday, where she had purchased a new top for their night out. I bought this outfit, the buttons kept popping open where my belly kept popping through it. That was the moment I thought, I'm not doing this anymore, I deserve to feel good about myself. In total, Louise has now lost 120lbs, she now regularly goes to the gym, lifts weights and has even competed in a bikini competition

Louise I found your utube I started making small changes over the summer and I had a friend who did a few Bikini competitions kept asking me to do it? I said oh no I have too much fat on my body!
She said the coaches will work with you no matter where you are it might be scary but you-ll be surprised what your body can do, I trusted her and jumped into a Journey since January and in May 2023 I will be entering my 1st bikini competition! I-m scared excited and I-m currently cutting shredding weight to lose get lean. I can-t believe I-m doing this! I will be 3 months shy of turning 60! When I finally walk across the stage!
I-m halfway there! I-m so glad I found you! Thank you for all the helpful content
Congratulations to you in your weight loss journey and your success in your competition!

I broke the right side of my bed from being around 275-280 lbs last year. My mom was so pissed b/c she bought me the bed. I need to eventually buy a new spring box. I continuously denied that my bed was broken from my weight. I was on the health at every size train. I had a bad breakup and used food to deal with my negative emotions. I was 220ish lbs in late 2019 and was constantly reminded that I was big in -certain- ways by my ex bf. Since February 2022, I-ve been consistently losing weight. I-m currently at 235 lbs. I definitely feel better and dress more confidently then when I was even bigger. Never want to go back to where I was.

I-ve been watching Louise for a couple of years. I-ve never been technically overweight by the bmi charts, but I-ve yo yo-Ed up and down 25 pounds.
Watching her videos keeps me on track and motivated to eat right and exercise because she makes it look so doable.
No crazy diets. No deprivation. Just common sense.
Plus she has a great personality.
Someone you-d be friends with in real life.

Hi Louise! -
You are one of the most shocking transformations I've seen and I like yours best out of all the hundreds I've seen. I'm big like you were when you first started your weight loss journey. I want to lose as much weight as you have and get as small as you are. WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT HELPED YOU LOSE SO MUCH WEIGHT as well as develop a sculpted nice figure?

I've been wondering how some people lose 100+ lbs without excess skin. I know part of it is age and genetics, but I also think she did right by NOT strength training too soon. She did more walking and waited until she lost 85 lbs after 8 months before she started the strength training. She lost the weight slow enough so that her body had time to re-absorb the skin.

I had the same problem my first pregnancy. I was -eating for two- so I just went crazy. I gained like 65 lbs. Took me years to lose it, and loose skin was hard to come to terms with, but I'm so glad i did it. I did much better my second pregnancy, only gained like 15-20 lbs thank goodness.

Finally a girl who actually loses weight as a glow up instead of ignoring ppl who called her fat. We should not encourage being fat. It's not hot. It's not beautiful. And more importantly it's not healthy.

I really don-t get people who have kids as teenagers. Like damn, you-re a child yourself and you-re already popping out a unit? Live your own life for a bit before starting another one -

Great results, great accomplishment. She looks stunning! That's healthy body positivity. If you love your body, do what is healthy for it.

Ima say good for her but she probably had some medical procedures done to get to this point, or a prescription, but either way good for her

I love when she says - I deserve to feel good about myself- I am in the very same mindset at the moment, also in a weight loss journey.
