One of the reason why I'm learning English is that, if you know a foreign languages in our case English that means you can have access to objective information.I think it's very important in my country.

Thanks guys. I'm glad to learn the other meaning of sanction. Although that word confused me many times while reading newspapers I haven't even bothered to look it up in a dictionary.
