dudhane tond bhajle ki manus tak sudha phukun pito. It means if your mouth burnt by very hot milk you start to shot of cold butter milk (I don't know English word for phukun) Phukun - when you drink very hot tea we blow a bit air with every sip

In Argentina we say: who burns with milk sees a cow and runs away. which means: if you have a bad experience with someone or something, the next time you will escape from that person or situation
