Mental Health, the majority of the people of my country is not familiar with this term.
Some People have a firm belief that it is because of sins, even they don't want to recognize it as a health issue.
I have suffered a lot with a mental health issue. Nowadays, these kinds of videos and rebuilding the mindset helping me to have good mental health.

In my country, mental illness is still stigmatised, not many people can talk about mental health, let alone their mental problems. However a number of young people have been starting to address the issue, trying to lift the stigma.
