We don't need to come to school and uni anyway, our government has asked students to study from home due to COVID-19 outbreak.
Actually, we needn't work at office as well. Our government has instructed us to work from home owing to COVID-19 outbreak.
There is no need to go to public places at the moment.
People don't need to pay for the COVID-19 test in some countries I suppose.

1)I didn't need to ask my Tr about that lesson because BBC already explained it to me. 2)Oh!I needn't have skipped Ch:5.It was on the exam. 3)I don't need to pay BBC anything because it's totally free.
