I made a blunder on my exam paper, my name wasn't on it.
My English is lack of fluency, which transpires I don't have sufficient practice.
The mix up of spices order would make Georgina confused a lot when cooking.

A blunder transpired was when I chose too many items from the supermarket but did not bring enough money for it. It brought a mix-up feeling to the cashier that he had to help by paying a petty cash on my grocery. OMG
