Panda Bear Marks Territory Bears BBC Earth
video description
During the winter when everything is covered by a layer of snow, or in early spring when the snow melts & washes away the surface materials with the runoff, how do they communicate with each other then?
Do they change their solitary living habits in the wintertime to community living?
Are there research info available on the pandas' life & survival ability ( especially those females with young cubs) in the winter?

. what are you talking about, humans are no different than any other animals, the only purpose any animal serves is to continue the survival of its own species, loads of animals drive other species to extinction not just humans, all animals change the ecosystem around them, and the animals that cant survive in this new ecosystem die out, while those that thrive continue to evolve, thats life. The only thing humans are guilty of is having a larger area of influence. No animal is pathetic

The whole idea of purpose is something human beings have created. Nature doesn't care if an animal lives or died; ecosystems function, but that's not because there's a purpose to this animal or that animal; the animals simply survive if they fill a niche, and die out if they don't or can't compete.
Humans definitely have to be aware of our impact on the world; I'm just saying that ascribing a purpose to an organism makes exactly 0 sense.

seems unlikely that this is genetic. Dear BBC, I humbly request an hour of videos showing the papa bear teaching to the baby bear. --signed, Aspring Panda Scientist

Humans have their own world separate from the wild world, we advance technology so yes we are important, we are the intelligence that represent this planet
