u make an interesting point but an adult male wildebeast will shit on an average lion. ther is no gun n they have very tough skin and good bacteria so they can take a bite or two and once the lions sees this one is fighting back they wont risk geting hurt or some1 elese in the pride getting hurt. it is not common but there was this zebra that attemted to drown a lion and got away

People never give lions as much credit as they deserve. ive seen LONE male lions take down a healthy 1500 to 2000 pound buffalo by HIMSELF then drag it in the shade to eat it. ive seen 1 lioness take down a grown zebra by herself! And seriously, stop with the dam tiger v/s lion comparisons. tired of seeing tiger fans on every video.

Lions are the pansies of the plains. Every other large cat hunts by themselves. Lions are like cowardly street gangs that have several thugs against one person. A battle between a male lion and Cape buffalo? My money will always be on the buffalo.

Zarch688. Because they are not as intelligent as humans. They act upon instinct. Not intellectual thought like humans. We humans can process things as they are happening. Animals can as well but not at the rate, depth, and precision of a human mind.

DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF FUN, if its an UZI OR M16 OR AK, alot of folks will hit the ground before they even reach him, then when the others see bodies hitting the floor, they will think twice to even continue their attack.

The weakness of herbivoteus is that they dont have team work like carnivoreus, adozen of Lion can scares 300buffalos to run away, instead they can fight back, they r bigger n outnumbered the lions.
