Part one of two. The Rescue Team have battled through the night to reach this young orangutan held illegally in a tiny crate for two weeks. With such a small crate, transporting the orangutan could be very dangerous so the team must help get her into a larger cage

People are ignorant and I guess they cant help it. How can they not know this is a disgrace. They have to be some of the most ignorant people in the world that live in this area and I will add the orangutans are so much smarter then these ignorant people. I would love to put them in a creat like that for two weeks.

a7xdude87 Hi, I appreciate your sentiment, but palm oil is a food ingredient not an energy source. Please join me and many others in not buying foods containing palm oil. : )

That is horrible, the people who do things like this should be forced to have the same treatment so they'd learn. Thank goodness for the people helping save them!

If areas such as this had better job opportunities and education, people would probably have less incentive to keep these animals to sell them
