I was wondering, if by chance, a male hyena were boring stronger and larger then female hyenas in it's clan, would he be able to change the social structure of the clan? Would he want to or ever consider it, being that the social structure is embedded in the DNA of the hyenas?

Last I checked, hyenas and humans are different SPECIES of animals, which means that they form different societal structures that best suits them.
So STOP using hyenas to prove feminism is a bad thing.
