One year in university and the term warm blooded really grinds my gears as it is scientifically incorrect. I understand that it is more accessible but why would scientists use this term that causes confusion and misinterpretation?

It's been proven that trex could only run at 10 mph due to its weight. It's to heavy for its muscles to run fast. It would've been a scavenger.

I may be wrong, but wouldn't 'were' be more grammatically correct? Since it's about a group of animals, not a singular one.

This must be from the mid-80s; the skeleton of the T-Rex is shown in the outdated mock-up, whereby it is dragging its tail.
