Happy Sunrise. This was very relaxing, I didn't expect it to still be playing when I woke up. I made a commitment to try out 4 hour max media consumption. I'm focusing on YouTube & Twitter while making more room for reading & writing this week. That means I'll have to be very intentional about what I make time to watch. I'm going to aim for an hour in the morning & three hours in the evening. I usually set intentions about different sorts of content too. So I suppose no more oceanscapes overnight for the week. But this, coupled with walking Brownie & by myself this morning, was very relaxing.

I am in my mid-50s and have spent most of my life on or under the water. I have NEVER seen manta rays leaping into the air like that! They are normally so docile and relaxed. I'd love to know what's going on with these ones. Some sort of breeding display I would have to guess.

this is not only nice/relaxing to listen to, but it's calming to watch. It's nice to be able to take a glimpse into the lives of the creatures who live in the water! it's such a different world from our own
