Honestly, if the panda doesn't even want to reproduce in captivity, and their environment is pretty much gone, I think it's time to say goodbye and let the Giant Panda species go extinct.

If it's so hard to save the species, wouldn't it be better to count our losses and move unto another more deserving species? Survival of the fittest, and all that.

Maybe if it was a panda reserve instead of a tiny enclosure they wouldn't be so clustered up like that, probably be more happy too.
