The answer is. don't hiperconsume something. Ban the hiperconsumerism culture. Especially for female.
And. Want more real solution?
Reduce our global population growth rate to 0% per year. Not surplus nor deficit. With 2 children policy. If u want to have more than 2 children, then. make 2 children and adopt the rest.
More human = more needs = more exploitations
And if possible, reduce our global population. Either thru population control with 1 child policy or. thru the war.
If we don't control our population, then war will come soon. War for resources.
Veganism won't help and not a solution. If all ppl became vegan and our population still big, we still destroying the nature. Every ppl needs wood, metal, plastic, etc. Even if u vegan, u still destroy the nature with your existence.
Don't hiperconsume things helps a lot. But still not a solution.
The only solution is the global population control. Reduce our global population growth rate to 0% per year.

Reduce Reuse Recycle fam. Reduce how much plastic you purchase by opting for metal, glass, or package free. Reuse the things you do have. Buy things that can be reused rather than single use. And recycle as a last resort. It's my firm belief that everyone should have a compost bin, bring their owns bags when shopping, and invest in reusable products like silicone baking mats, wax wraps, to go mugs, hankies, etc. We've been taught by corporations that everything should be disposable and we need to break free from that mentality

This is the most heartbreaking and shame-inducing clip I have seen.
I reused empty lotion and moisturiser containers to store trinkets or stationery items. I have made it a habit to take a large cloth tote bag to the grocery store when I have lots of items to purchase. I avoid buying PET bottles of carbonated drinks, for obvious reasons- they are unhealthy to consume and the plastic bottle doesnt decompose.
But even that isnt enough.

I have an idea! What if scientists try figuring out another substance that can be Like plastic but is also good for the sea creaturess to eat. I'm not quite sure but i want to become one to help out pleanet with the plastic in our seas and all the pollution. Like this comment if you agree!

There are 3 types of people:
1: The ones who care and clean the ocean/trash
2: The ones who litter and doesnt care
3: The one who sits back in their chair and watch the whole thing happen
Bonus: THAT ONE PERSON WHO CLEANS THE OCEAN AND THE TRASH THEN LITTERS AFTER

You are the BBC which means you promote the usage of more space than you have on your island by encouraging immigration although you know that the UK is already at 285 people per square kilometer while you can't sustain more than half of that. YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!

I use only reusable bags for all my shopping. I also vote on public policies to eliminate plastic bags from stores. If I had more time on my hands, I would also help clean the beaches too in my area, but with two jobs and school, its all I can do at the moment.

I have been trying to go zero plastic with all the food we buy. I am buying mainly in bulk using empty glass containers. I also send email to the supermarkets in my area to ask them what they are doing about this problem.

every single little bit of litter we let go has a great potential to harm or killl an animal, great or small. we should think of this all day. mantra that dammit!
and someones gotta design a dolphin chew stop: (

our oceans are choking on plastic, our cities are suffocating.
and yet we can't make a single change in our lives. decrease the dependency on the plastic and oil.
Consume less, Reduce more, recycle more
