It didn't say where exactly this desert was, why the turtle is leaving the forest to go to these ponds. to lay eggs? Why else leave an area abundant in water and food to the desert for some ponds? Can't help but feel like the turtle was used as a tool by the BBC and forced there as an excuse for viewer clickbait. The desert only gets water temporarily. and yes, it's beautiful, BUT if this is an actual migration why was there only ONE turtle? Staged much? Shame on you, BBC. always putting your spin on things and preying on the heartstrings of people for clicks. Dislike.

I remember a past version of the video had the turtle gliding down a sand dune and into a lagoon. It also showed some fish that had swum in from nearby rivers. It has been edited one year ago and re posted. I wonder why
