As the jaguar orphans grow from cubs to adults, they must learn to fight, hunt for prey, and guard their kills. Marsh: Honestly it actually seems that animals that separate from people after forming a bond become hyper-aggressive. Take wild dogs for example. After a few months left alone a once domesticated dog will become a more aggressive animal than most wolves or coyotes. The same seems to go for this Jaguar, attacking unprovoked isn't something you want to see. That just means her head will off after killing a fishermen over a territorial thing, which MOST naturally wild Jaguars don't do.

Dear BBC, We have a real European wild cat living here in the woodpile, but we have a hard time getting it done. That's something, though! And 7, 000 views of shelter.

If they're solitary and feed solitary why making them fight for the same carcass? It's obvious that in nature they'd be spread enough to each catch their own food

If they fight assiduously for food, why give one and small carcass? Maybe pieces of meat scattered around the fence would mitigate the fights between the jaguars?
