Most members of the weasel family they share one thing in common: ferocity & badass attitude to overwhelm their attackers who are 10X bigger then them, while these festy little carnivores lacks in size they make up for agressive nature and also the members from this family range in sizes, from the dwarf weasel to the huge & greedy wolverine.
In this video they should be included on here all the otter species like sea otters, south american river otters, minks & eurasian otters cuz all of them belong to the Mustelidae family.

I think half these animals deserve their own family.
Like Fossa and Jaguarundi ought to be a family.
(Fossa mongoose? UM NO!
Identical nearly in appearence and manners: Jagarundi is a cat? lmao)
Platypus is it's own family. no achidnas!
Science needs to strive for better.
Badger and wolverine in WEASEL family.
Both are not like weasels and NEITHER is like the other.
Science looks sillier by the day classifying animals in this manner!
We have almost the complete DNA of everything. Sigh.

This feels like a superhero/villain movie trailer.
Ferret, a liquid in solid form, able to sneak through any opening.
Badger, the brains AND the muscle, just doesn't give a shit.
Wolverine, able to smell the enemy from miles away, gifted with super senses.
Weasel, deadlier than Deathstroke, cute, but lethal.
Otter, tech expert, no shell too hard to crack, no tool that can't be improvised.

I could SCREAM the weasel family is so CUTE! my heart is exploding, I love them so much! I once got to swim with some when I was quietly walking up a shallow river on my hands, there were two of them playing and gliding in and out of the water on the river banks. So. Frickin. adorable!

Weasels are some of the fiercest, most successful, and toughest predators, with honey badgers at the top of the family, they are the real kings of mustelids

Woman: Wow, a thing happened and I am going to emote about it.
Man: Listen to my dry academic terminology. wait where did the camera go?

Was anyone else disappointed that this wasnt narrated to me by an older British guy with a deepish voice and would make funny dad like remarks?

Otters are often a forgotten member of this family, extremely good hunters, there is even a video of a family of otters taking down a monkey.
