If I may make a small recommendation. I teach high school math. When I talk about the square root of a number, say 27, the kids don't associate that with a value. It's just a symbol with a 27 in it. The same is true when you talk about kilometers, it's just a number without any meaning. It would be great if the entire world got on one system but I doubt that will happen any time soon. I think your audience might benefit from distances in miles rather than kilometers. Thank you. kg

Hearing you talk about the next person on the moon being a teenager today. I-m 16 years old looking to go to college to study aerospace engineering and work for nasa. That last part of the video got me pumped, Mr plait.

HOW DO ASTROPHYSICIST AND ASTRONOMERS know the history of these events and what occurred? They can only make intelligent hypothesis and theories about such things. Where is the evidence?

The Moon is more than a moon. It forms the Earth-Moon binary planetary system. That would have been important to include, it's really more part of a binary system than a normal moon.

Mr.
Why are all planets the same shape? If they're a result of an impact planets should be odd and broken shapes as well. Just thinking out loud.

When the moon is in the horizon I see it small and then when it rises up it looks big as a supermoon even tho it's a micromoon
