In the previous episode we discussed what happens when we use electrophilic aromatic substitution to add a group to a benzene ring, but what happens when you try to add even more groups? Well, things get a little more complicated. In this episode of Crash Course Organic Chemistry, we-ll continue our exploration of EAS reactions by looking at electron donating groups and electron withdrawing groups on benzene, and how they affect what happens when we try to add new groups to the ring. Hey everyone! There-s a typo in the structure at 10: 00. The carbon on the right is missing one hydrogen atom-it should be a methyl group! Thanks for watching and understanding!

ooh, found an error at 10: 00, the methyl group at the right was written as CH2, have nothing against it tho, the video was so interesting. I really love this playlist so much!
