Like other people, I mostly get laptops without a screen but this is still interesting. What I would like to see is projects showing how to reuse the LCD displays (including touch LCD displays from printers like Canon, HP, etc. Would that be possible, please?

Thanks for mentioning csmqshop! _ I've received a Controller Board, purchased through their eBay shop, for my B133HTN01. 1 LCD panel. And it worked right out of the box. I tested it with my Super Nintendo Mini attached to the HDMI port.

I have a 30 pin connector and the controller board came with no LCD inverter. I believe the display and LCD back light are combined in the 30 pin connector but lcd doesn't light up, display is good. Any idea what am I missing?

i have controller lcd board it says it need 12v 3. 5 to 4 amps but i only have 1amp and 2 amp 12 volt adapters will it work on them? and does car 12v cigarate adapter also work?

Thanks again, I just broke down an HP S2031 20 LCD, I originally intended to strip electronics components; however it soon occured to me there are some better options.

Question: Did you add backlight LED strips but not show installing them? Or does the display have lights already part of the LCD screen? Please enlighten me.
