not being a smart ass, but doesn't that mofset gets really hot? and 7805 regulator could get to hot too, cause it's been feed with 19 volts, which is a lot, it could melt the glue and the resistor, but everything works fine right?

In theory, you could even add a sort of remote controlled aspect, right? Using a IR reciever and 1 extra pin on the tiny, you could get it so the light would act normally and flicker depending on IR toggle.

just put a small dot on the end of the light bulb a soaked with water piece dot, put it on the end of the light bulb, and turn on the light

It's a neat idea, although when I see a LED bulb flicker, I would think that the bulb has gone gonsky and needs repair or replacement.
