Ebay bluetooth amplifer board. This project is dead easy. If you dont have a false ceiling, it's much easier! Attach two old speakers to the wall and connect it all up. Voila, boombox bathroom, was my solution.

A large capacity with low ESR must be added to the BT module. Then your hum problem will stop. Or possibly use a balanced output if there is one.

Btw you can use an ground loop insulator (1: 1 transformer) or an dc to dc insulator to remove the interferance of the usb bluetooth device.
