A lot more research needs to be done here although I think generally speaking small waists and large breasts are preferred with thick pouting lips. I prefer Korean and Japanese girls myself but also like the Kate moss and Britney spears type brown eyed blondes. Hopefully in the future we will be able with crispa gene editing to shape them to our individual preferences and limit their intelligence whilst installing behavioral characteristics we desire A la stepford wives style. The perfect woman needs to be designed on an individual basis for each man. A catalogue of different body types might be helpful in the selection. Popular types might be cloned in the future for mass distribution and former currently unavailable models like marilyn Monroe brought back under copywriter laws. Just a thought who knows where science may take us in the future and hopefully sooner rather than later. T

This isn't a history of the perfect women type. It's more a history of women's clothing fashion.
Throughout history the ideal women body type, as seen inadvertently in this video, is a women with wide hips and a slim waist who is young.
These are indicators of fertility so this is what men select for in women.

My vote for the ugliest twentieth century decade were the 1920's - bar none. The decade of the twentieth century I think women were at their loveliest were the 1950's, maybe the earliest part of the century.
Men have never needed fashion, body type, or cosmetics to attract women, they've always just chased them!

I read a few years ago that the most desirable body type is the one that is hardest to get. An example is a plump soft white woman in an agrgarian culture where women are deeply tanned and thin, muscular.

You realize that the early fashion was by class, the lower and working class just wore what was needed for work.
