Learn how to upload your digital music library to the free Google Play Music Library so that you can listen to your music collection in the cloud, on any computer that you sign into and on your mobile devices. Those songs would also be playable on a Google Home or Google Home Mini device. This video also explores the potential educational applications of the Google Play Music Library. Thanks. I am moving from ios to android. And i misses CarPlay and i get android auto in my car now. But all my collections of songs in iTunes only. In Android auto there-s only one option that is google music so thankful for this video. One doubt are they gonna play offline i mean the songs which are uploaded from my MacBook Pro to google music? Like in the case of no network area in android auto are they gonna appear as my album?

is it possible that if you sign in to google play music on your computer by using your email address then you will have the songs on your phone directly on your computer by just signing in, is it possible?

I moved uploaded all of my music files on Google Drive. But now I can't figure out how to play my songs more than one at a time. Google doesn't have Google Play Music anymore. Do you have any suggestions?

I followed the instructions. It started to upload but gave me an error message: unable to download music. Is there anything else I can do to complete the music download on Google play? Thanks

This seems to work on the computer but does not transfer to the android phone. This video said it is on the cloud but does not show how to access it from a different device. Frustrating.

Thank you for this! I'm old school with around 2500 cd's. But i'm now able to hand pick my songs instead of placing them on my sd card! Thanks very much for this info!

Does anyone know if you can share a playlist with your uploaded music - so send a link to family, it seems I can only share songs I have purchased online. Thanks

You didn't explain how to upload a new CD onto Google play music, or even how to sync music from a old computer/laptop? Did not help me in anyway -
