I've almost had a heat stroke in my car multiple times bc I always wear hoodies or any other long sleeved shirts bc of my intense self harm addiction. And just today I was out going for a walk with my gf around the neighborhood and I was getting weaker and weaker with every step I took. My feet and hands were turning red and BURNING. I finally made it back home and as soon as I walk inside, my head started throbbing as if it were a heart beating, my heart rate was high and my whole face was a blood red. I collapsed onto my bed and my head throbbing and headache only got worse. My vision blurred and I was out for about 2 minutes. This all happened 8 hours ago and my head still hurts but only on my left side

Correct me if I'm but I don't believe immediately dunking someone in ice cold water would be really beneficial since there's a chance that they could go into shock.
I think you also need to give the person fluids, if possible. Just a little bit at a time so they don't vomit.
They say something similar when it comes to hypothermia, where you need to gradually warm up the person. You don't put someone under hypothermia into a scalding bath.

My uncle had very serious problem termed as Hyperthermia, it is a condition when body temperature is elevated beyond normal due to failed thermoregulation. Excessive dry skin is one of the common sign of this. He used Ayurvedic remedies of Planet Ayurveda and got very effective results. So, to get rid of these problems use Giloy Capsules & Amalaki Rasayan by Planet Ayurveda. These remedies are really very beneficial.

I survived a heat stroke. Lets just say that if u never had one be grateful. The pain is beyond anything i have ever experienced. Your head feels like its about to explode. I was vomitting so much it became like a comedy and I was unable to think coherently or speak.

Gaming,
2: 12 (whenever the temperature is taken in this method and only if babies cry when their temperature is taken rectally, correct me if that's not the case)
Babies have left the chat
(no offence)

Wouldn't throwing them in ice water after the extreme heat cause a rapid drop in body temperature which would throw their body in shock which would do more harm than good?
