I have been cracking my knuckles since I was about nine or ten and now at thirty-six, I can say that it has enlarged my joints. The knuckles are visually abnormally sized when compared to knuckles I see everyone else has. In addition, while it has not been checked by a doctor I believe that I have arthritis, though I cannot prove this my fingers get very sore after writing for a short period of time. I don't see how one doctors experience of being arthritis free means that you cannot get it from knuckle cracking, more testing should be done. Very interesting to learn where the sound comes from and this definitely triggered my urge to crack a few while watching.

I can crack/pop my toes endlessly and it has become such a habit. there is no recharge time so basically I can crack my toes second after second. why is this? I been doing this for about 15 years now.

Ugh I can't crack knuckles, fingers, or anything other than my knee. And I crack my knee differently than other people. And it cracks on repeat, I can crack it over and over. It's weird: /

As I'm watching this video I am popping every single possible joint in my body and I feel like an airliner testing every single flight control before takeoff.

Fingers, not for me. Its WAY too painful to get my fingers to pop. But, in the back of my knee and in my heel, I do get that satisfying pop.

Apparently your fingers arent supposed to bend backwards past 90 degrees even though I had been doing cracking knuckles since I was 5
