If I would have 3D printer and could print clothes I would start wearing a tie to my job. Only because it would be awesome to 3D print new tie over night LOL I am not sure that plastic is so pleasant to the skin. May be in few years they'll make more types of filaments that can be used for something like 3D printing real silk. Well, spiders do it so why we can't, right?

The endgame of 3D-printing will be that most households will have their own printer, material (metals, plastics, etc) and blueprints to basically produce anything they want. Think about home-made coffee; You need a coffee machine, coffee and a recipe to create the coffee blend you want.

Think in the future that you print your cloth, but unfortunately it's jammed like our home printer. Oh God it will take a very long time to fix
